INTENSIVE ADULTS 0 EXPRESS BALLET

Would you like to start ballet from scratch and feel ready to join regular classes in September? This intensive is for you.

Dates: June 30th to July 31st Schedule: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30pm to 7:00pm Price: €90 for the full intensive course

In this intensive course we will work on:

• Muscular strength with an isometric and structural approach
• Active flexibility, without forcing
• The basic technique and structure of a ballet class
• Step nomenclature and body awareness

Ideal for those who have never done ballet or want to restart with a solid and secure foundation.

Regular ballet classes

Do you want to keep dancing throughout the summer and stay in the groove? We offer classes to help you maintain your technique, keep improving, and enjoy ballet in July, too.



Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays Schedule: – 7:15 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. → Intermediate ballet class – 8:45 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. → Pointe (optional)

Prices: – 1.5 h/week: €55/month – 2 h/week: €60/month – 3 h/week: €80/month – 4 h/week: €90/month

Registration: Reserve your spot with €20, which will be deducted from the total monthly fee. The fee will only be refunded if cancelled before June 20th.

Mariona García Ballet Intensive

From July 14 to 18

An intensive program designed for young dancers who want to continue learning and enjoying dance before starting their summer vacation.

🕙 Schedule: – From 10:00 to 12:00 · Technical class – From 12:00 to 13:00 · Tips and repertoire

👧 Ages: 12 to 18, to ensure everyone is at a similar level and can get the most out of the classes.

💸 Prices: – €60 for the ballet technique class only (from 10:00 to 12:00) – €100 for the complete intensive: ballet + pointe and repertoire – 20% discount for ArtDansa students
